In times of rush and accelerated lives, in which we are used to act without stopping to think, letting ourselves be carried away by inertia of the rutine or what we have to do, some force majeure happens and nobody could expect or foresee it.
This unexpected event forces us to slow down our frenetic life till the limit of stopping completely to drop the reins that direct our life and to change the course of our days that become repetitive and monotonous.
But this monotony arises because we are not used to not know what else or what is to come as we have the habit of planing everything beforehand, of anticípate to what is coming and the habit of meeting tirelessly all the activities and obligations that make us exhausted.
And even that, we need of this situation of forced rest to realice that we are missing the habit of being quiet, of taking the time to evaluate our priorities, to value what we have and to discover who we are and what we want.
So that, it is important to take the best of this time to analyze and to work on all these aspects that we can improve, also to dedícate our time to all the things to which we neve find the ocasión and so, once everything returns to normal and we come back to the new reality, we will be more concious and renovated.
Because even if it is true that in situations of crisis it is more difficult to keep calm and serene, far from let us go of despairation of the uncertainty, we should learn to calm down our heads and our hearts to be able to remember that in chinese the word crisis means risk but also opportunity.
