The epicenter is the interior point in the Earth from where the earthquakes have the origen, if we transfer this definition to people we could say that the personal epicenter is the interior point of reflexión from which the changes in our life are originated.
The changes and the decisions we make about them are inevitable so, conciously or not we are going to design the course of the way that we will take to arrive to different destinations, sometimes the desired ones and other times unexpected ones.
Even if it is truth that we are responsible about the direction that guides our lifes, it is also unavoidable that in many ocasions we get carried away by the current that pushes with more strenght in this certain moment, and by the time we realize about it, we find ourselves totally lost and far away from the goal that we had initially decided.
The main reason why we lose the course and we just let it go, is because the principles and values that define our way stay in the background or they just disapear from our focus point and to have them present again we need to come back to the central point where they come from, to our epicenter.
To come back to this point of origen from which we can stablish some goals, some plans and projects alligned with our values is fundamental and necessary to redirect our life and once we have done it we should be aware that this is not definitive as every so often it is important to go back to question and evaluate if we are going in the right direction or there is something that we want to modify.
And this, instead of being seen as a recession, it should be understood as a part of a process that helps us to remember our main vision and to avoid that we fall into monotony and the routine that even if it is disturbing us, to leave it, seems to be so hard.
