It is a state of peace and calm that we have when there is concordance between our thoughts and our feelings, which is not always easy to get but when we find it, it is one of the best sensations that we can experience.


All our emotions are closely related with our beliefs and so that it is important to have a good tune between both for our life to be emotionally balanced and do not let one of them to impose on the other one because our mood will be strongly affected.


Certain situations test us altering one of these two aspects and so, influence in both of them and this causes some imbalance that we need to attend because if not it will keep making noice until we do something to solve it. This requires time and a good analysis to find the root cause, detect the affected points and determine the way to connect again the internal nexus that were disengaged.


The best of it is that after this exercise, to fix the disarrangement between our feelings and our thoughts, we are going to know much better the mechanism of our balance, which not only will work again but also will be stronger, solid and long lasting, and so it will be easier for us to adjust it the next time.


When we focus on some aspects of our life, it is inevitable to neglect others, because we do not realice about them or we do not consider them as priority, but before or after, the last ones generate come inestability to remind us that they also need to be cared.


So that, we can say that each imbalance that happens in our life is a wake up call to check our priorities and to analyze the coherence between our thoughts and our emotions, to continue improving the hability of keeping our balance in the most equilibrated calm.
