All the ways we go through in any aspect of our life require to make stops to rest and to gather strength before continuing through the path that we have been carried or that voluntarily we have chosen.
Even so, the stops are necessary to avoid that the way becomes monotonous and this stops us to enjoy all the good things that it offers during its route because even if we know we are going in the right direction and we should keep going, the routine of our trip can make us confused and we do not take the best of everything that it has for us.
Therefore a pause in the way helps us to recover but also to make a balance of what we have already traversed, analyzing how has our project gone until the moment and visualize how do we expect or we want that it goes from now.
So that, there is a point in which we have to stop for a while to balance the scale and to consider new directions, courses or destiantions to be able to make decisions about to tackle new aspects or to improve the current ones.
Because every time we start a project we are moved by a reason that is changing as the project is developing and it is adapted to the answer and the results that it generates.
During this time of resting we can remember what made us to start this that today we are pausing to realize if it still motivates us to keep carrying it out and in the way we are doing it.
For all this, it is important that for time to time we stop, either because we decide it or because the circumstances around us indicate it, and that the duration of the pauses is extended as long as we need to be sure that without hurry or pressure we have speeded up our decison.
