The art of dancing has many benefits which can be to keep us fit due to it helps us to exercise our body every time we move it with the rhythm of the music and also it has influence in our mental health as it improves our spirit and it causes on us a welfare sensation.


Besides of that, there are still many people who refuse to practise it stopped by the stage fright, the shyness or the belief that they are not good dancers without considering that the secret is to try once and another time with patience and perseverance.


There are also some people who despite of enjoying it they do it in a limited way due to the mental blocks that do not let our body to relax and to flow with the rhythm that invades us.


As the dance requires that our mind rests for a while to forget about the limited thoughts and to allow the body to express freely all the feelings that we cannot say with words.


It is true that this is not something easy, but the practice and the predisposition are the essential notes for our mind to cede the control, step by step, to the heart, which is setting the sound that our movements are following.


Because even if there are definite dancing techniques and styles, one of the advantages of this activity which makes it much more benefitial is that each one can have his particular way of feeling and based on this to transmit the music in a personal and unique manner.


And so, suddenly without knowing how you discover yourself secure, confident and without barriers that impede you to move forward with the dance because it has become in something so simple and natural like it is to walk.
