Defining who we are seems to be simple and easy because no one knows us better than ourselves and so, we should not have a problem to describe our person.

We all have our own physical and personal characteristics that make us different and that are hidden behind our name. Which represents us but it does not say so much about who and how we really are.

In this characteristics there are our strenghts and our weaknesses, what we like and what upsets, our lessons and failures, our goals and our fears, and many other things that we cannot get because we do not spend so much time discovering ourselves.

We think we know who we are but the truth is that it is a big effort to find the words that define us, with which we feel identified and what express what we want to transmit in the best way.

But our identity is not just created with what we think we know about us, because it is also formed by the views and the opinions that others have about us based on their impressions, which can be the same that we have or on the other hand can be totally different and opposite.

It is true that the opinion and the impresión we cause on the other people is something that we worry about, sometimes even too much, but actually we do not give to it the importance that we should, for this image that we show and that others perceive is the proper one and in accordance with our identity.

Because what we were yesterday is not the same to what we are today, and it will not be equal to what we will be tomorrow as our circumstances are changing and we change with them, which does not mean that we lose our identity as it is built up from what we experience.
