The relationships independently of the kind or at the stage they are, should be healthy and for this it is essential that they are based on the respect and the trust.

Some relationships are given to us, they are inherent to something or someone, and maybe we have to keep them in spite of they do not fit us, although we should not worry about it because if they are not appropriate, before or later, they will come to an end.

But at the same time that we are getting older, our power of choice grows with us and then, we can select, choose and make an effort to keep them. And they are these that last longer because we have chosen them but mostly because we did it consciously and accordingly.

The opportunities to establish relationships come to us daily, they are there, and it is our decision to choose if we take them or we let them go.

Sometimes it is not easy to identify at a glance those that can be the best for us, but it is true that this is something that we discover with time, patience, engagement, dedication and a lot of admiration from both sides.

Thanks to all of that, our relationships will not be affected as time passes or by the distance because they are not based on the adherence or the dependence, but in a complicity and connection as strong as sincere that away from demanding to the other part, they respect the space and the individual Independence of each one.

And so, we understand that there are moments in life that we have to walk separated but always keeping in touch and reinforcing the pillars that hold the relationship to be with the relief that at any moment we need it we will walk hand in hand again.
