Vital balance

To keep the balance in every single field of our life it is not easy and each one chooses in which aspects put more attention and care.


We can start with something so fundamental as feeding, about which we should worry as it is the base of our welfare pyramid. To have a healthy and balanced diet is something really important and we should not consider it as an obligation or with resignation, because on it we can find a good opportunity to discover and experiment. Even more, this does not mean to renounce to these cravings that we enjoy and which we can take for time to time and doing so, we will appreciate them more.


Another basic aspect refers to the way we spend our time. The day has enough hours to do many different tasks, so it is in our hands to decide how to use them. There are people that live to work and other people live their life in a relaxing way and without worrying so much. It is obvious all of us have obligations and we have to be consistent with them but it does not impede us to enjoy and have some fun every day.


We also can consider that it should be some balance between our body and our mind, so that, it is necessary a good combination of the activities that improve our physical condition and those that cultivate the intellect.


And this is something that we can apply to everything we do, even if it seems to be a complicated and tiring process because many times our days instead of passing in straight line, they are like the way of a roller-coaster where the ascents and downs are extreme making more difficult to keep the balance.


But once we keep some balance in any of the aspects, we should extrapolate it to the rest, adapting it and with this making our life more complete, varied and in conclusion balanced.
