Have you ever thought that all your thoughts are the words you tell yourself without speaking?

Our day passes meanwhile we have a dialogue with ourselves. Each moment, with everything we do, we plan to do or we remember we have done, we are having an internal conversation, and although the words do not have voice, they sound in our mind despite of they are not listened by our inner ear.

To learn how to talk with ourselves is something necessary to discover who are we and whom do we want to be. We can choose what do we want to say to ourselves, which does not mean to lie, just being aware of the reality we can choose which of its versions we accept.

Our internal voice speaks to us to advise about good and bad things. And it is our decision to listen to it, and so that to learn how to control what we want it tells us, or in the other hand, we can ignore it, which harm ourselves because we will never be the owners of our own mute words. Which have their last effect in our emotions and our feelings, to act in consequence.

We have many conversations with many people, which affect to us significantly, however they do not have much effect on us as those that we have with ourselves, because these ones have a harder influence than those words that our mouth says, our inner ears listen and then, our mind easily forgets.

How many times, inside us, we listen to the same monologue, once and another time, the monologue that will be repeated continuously until we are able to get the argument of this film to which we have written the script but we did not watch yet.
