Changes are necessary and inevitable for the evolution of the being which experiment them. They are something that everyone wants at the same time we are afraid of them because sometimes we cause them but others we try to avoid them at any price.
Changes are an opportunity to experiment new situations, to know new ways of living, to visit new places, to connect with new people. They are an open door to unknown things and it should not scare to us, it should rekindle on us the curiosity to discover.
There are some periods in our life in which we need more stability and we can feel some rejection to the fact that everything changes around us, but even at this moments to have regular changes will help to us not to become stagnant and to keep moving forward.
Otherwise, there are periods in which changes are crucial, we should accept them as something inherent to our days, so that, to have an open and receptive attitude to them facilitates that they cause on us the impact they have to. There are moments in which we have to choose and to trust that our decision brings favourable consequences for us.
It is not easy to renounce what we have to venture in something new and uncertain, but it is true that those who are brave to change, are fortified, not just because of the rewards that changes give to us, if not because during the process we develop and acquire skills, abilities and lessons which enrich us personally.
Life it is full of unexpected occurrences, situations that suddenly, alter all around us, nothing stays the same for ever and have to be prepared to accept the new circumstances, even more when these are not as we want, so it is then, when it is harder for us to accept the change and to understand the reason of it.
However, there are other times that life poses changes which surprise to us in a positive way and excite us, and with our best attitude we go with the flow to experiment them fully without wondering why we deserve them.
In conclusion, whatever it is the nature of changes we should assume them with naturalness, not because they are imposed, if not because they suppose to learn, to improve and to grow up.
