We live affected by circumstances and situations that alter our emotions and make us vulnerable causing a strong influence in how do we feel. During the day our mood changes constantly and we always find the justification in external agents which cause these changes.

There are many situations which make us to feel stressed and test our ability to lose the control. Without a doubt there are a lot of situations, each one has his or her owns, that even if they are not relevant, make us to feel frustrated because things are not as we want or we plan.

On the other hand, there are also days in which, without knowing why, we wake up with a good mood, with the happiness that infects everything and there is absolutely nothing that can ruin this feeling, because no matter what happens around us, we just see the life in a different colour.

So, it is in these days in which I formulate the question Why today I am not affected by this that irritated to me yesterday? And whatever the answer is, it comes from inside of me, I do not blame on external factors, the cause is my good mood, therefore when I feel wrong it is because of something external, however when I feel well I am the only responsible. After this reflection I get the conclusion that, if it is true, I have the power to choose how are going to be my days, how do I feel and how do I approach what is happening to me.

Obviously we cannot be happy and with a well mood all the time, but as well we should not allow small details to ruin a good day, for this, it is enough to listen to a song we like, to read a book that inspires us or something as simple as to remember a moment in our life in which we felt specially well, I assure you that if you concéntrate remembering this moment, it will appear a smile in your face at the same time you experience the same feeling of happiness you felt when the moment happened.

To sum it up, I want to quote a story tale of Gabriel García Márquez in which he tells the story of a child who interrupted his father when he was working, and the father to keep the child entertained, cut a picture of the map of the world in small pieces and asked to his son to fix the puzzle thinking that it will take a long time. After few hours the child had fixed perfectly the picture of the world. His father, surprised asked to him how could he fix the world so fast. The child answered that to repair the world it was not an easy task, but on the other side of the paper there was the image of a man, so he fixed this image and turned it, and when the man was well the world was also well.

We can deduce many conclusions from this story, mine it is that if you are well with yourself, at the same time you will be well with the world in which you have to live every day, because although we cannot change our circumstances, we can choose the way they affect to our life.
